About This Class
A first in the industry: borrow a pro’s body to practice!
You can dance one-on-one with an instructor in one-hour blocks.
At a typical social, even if you get the chance to dance with an instructor, it may only happen once or twice.
In the partner-dance world, getting to dance with an instructor is actually quite rare. That makes it difficult to internalize what it feels like to dance with a highly skilled partner. Lessons also tend to focus on input, so there are often limited opportunities to use what you learned in an output-focused setting.
Using the instructor’s consistent lead or follow as your reference, you can check the accuracy of your own leading or following and move much closer to becoming a dancer who shines on the social floor.
The instructor won’t teach during the session—they’ll simply dance with you one-on-one. It’s perfect if regular lessons and socials don’t give you enough dance time, if you want to dance with someone more experienced, or if you want more uninterrupted time with your teacher. Requests to simply dance for fun are also very welcome.
Try it before or after a lesson, after work, or whenever you have a spare hour between plans.

What to Bring & Important Notes

✅ Please note that, in principle, payments are non-refundable.
✅ If you cancel a lesson on the day for personal reasons, one lesson will be counted as used. If you notify us by the day before, the lesson will not be counted as used. In either case, any studio cancellation fees or transportation costs incurred are your responsibility.
✅ If a lesson must be cancelled due to the instructor’s circumstances, we will refund the full amount paid.
