Privacy Policy
Westie Tokyo (hereinafter referred to as "we") has established the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as "this policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information in the services provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as "this service").
Article 1 (Personal information)

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)
If an individual requests that we cease using or delete their personal information (hereinafter referred to as "cessation of use, etc.") on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use, or that it was obtained through fraudulent means, we will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
Based on the results of the investigation in the preceding paragraph, if we determine that it is necessary to comply with the request, we will cease using the personal information in question without delay.
If we suspend or terminate service based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or if we decide not to suspend or terminate service, we will notify the user without delay.
Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if suspending or discontinuing service would incur significant costs or is otherwise difficult, and if alternative measures necessary to protect the user's rights and interests can be taken, such alternative measures will be implemented.
Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)
The contents of this policy may be changed without notice to the user, except for matters stipulated otherwise in this policy or by law.
Unless otherwise specified by us, the revised Privacy Policy will take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
