Regarding shipping costs: If you wish to have your items shipped, we will charge an additional actual cost of approximately 2,000 yen per item for domestic shipping. Please note that for international shipping or if you request a special shipping method that includes insurance, the actual cost will be charged, and this estimate will not apply.
Please note that we will cover the costs in the case of defective products, but the customer will be responsible for the costs in the case of cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer reasons.
For products provided as downloadable content, such as event tickets, no shipping fees will be charged.
Regarding bank transfer fees
If you choose to pay for goods or services by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer, or if you cancel, return, or exchange an item for reasons attributable to the customer, any applicable fees will be borne by the customer.

If you wish to cancel your order before the product is shipped or delivered, we will accept the cancellation. If payment has already been received, we will issue a refund.
If you wish to return an item after it has been shipped or delivered, we will only accept returns if you contact us at the email address provided within 7 days of receiving or receiving the item, and only if the item is unused. Please note that we will not accept returns after this period.
[Regarding defective products]
If the delivered product differs from your order, or if it is damaged or defective during delivery, we will replace it with a new, undamaged item if we have it in stock, or issue a refund if we do not have it in stock.

If a lesson or event is canceled due to circumstances beyond the organizer's control, it will be held on a rescheduled date or a full refund will be issued.
