<Terms&Conditions>

※For classes and parties for experienced dancers other than those listed above, reservations are not required. Payment is made in cash on the day. Please feel free to join us.

※Reservations cannot be cancelled through the system. If you need to cancel due to unavoidable circumstances, or if you would like to change the date and time of your participation, please contact us via the inquiry form on our website.

※Please note that, in principle, payments are non-refundable.

※For lesson formats that use lesson tickets or class passes, such as private lessons and Dancing Machine sessions, same-day cancellations due to personal reasons will be counted as one lesson used. If you contact us by the day before the lesson, it will not be counted as used. Please note that in either case, if any studio cancellation fees or transportation costs are incurred, these costs will be borne by the customer.

※If a lesson is unavoidably cancelled due to the instructor’s circumstances, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid.

※For subscription products, such as level-based 3-month courses and Video On Demand, customers are responsible for cancelling their own subscriptions when needed.
